Galt Bakery is a Cambridge based Gluten-Free Bakery that specializes in gluten-free, dairy-free cookies that are handmade with non-GMO ingredients and use zero additives.
It was founded by Andy & Madi, a father and daughter duo, in 2017. After Madi opened her cold press juice shop in the heart of downtown Galt (one of three towns which make up Cambridge).
Our cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and hand made with non-gmo ingredients. There are zero preservatives or additives in our Quinoa Puff Cookies!
